"A child of five, if properly instructed, can as readily believe and be regenerated as anyone." It was this statement, penned in the 19th century by Charles Spurgeon, that God used as the catalyst to launch the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship. Now, 75 years after our official founding as a ministry, CEF has active, ongoing ministry in 176 countries.

God is allowing CEF workers around the world to share the Gospel in a personal way with almost 11 million children each year. Many more are reached through mass literature distributions and mass media. Our ministry goal is to reach children in every nation of the world in the next five years.
